Being quite a private person, I wasn’t sure the low cost clinic was something I’d be comfortable with, but because of the affordable prices decided to give it a try and am delighted I did. The lower rates in no way reflect the first rate service you receive from the therapists with whom it is easy to open up to. Each session starts with a private consultation where they instantly put you at ease. The communal treatment room is welcoming and comforting rather than intimidating and the blankets are wonderful! I can’t quite believe how much I look forward to lying in a room with strangers whilst somebody sticks needles in me, but I really do! Not only has acupuncture helped me deal with exam stress, as a sufferer of PCOS I was used to having very irregular periods but now, several sessions later, this has been rectified.Thanks so much Margré and Maggie!

I have a chronic autoimmune disease, fatigue being one of the most debilitating symptoms. I suffer from a chronic medical condition that causes a vast array of fluctuating and difficult symptoms. Muscle pain and fatigue are particular challenges. I first attended One Space last year to help me over the fatigue I was left with following a bout of shingles. Immediately following the initial session, I noticed a marked increase in my energy.
